4D BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCING/SCHEDULING
4D adds the time factor to the construction schedule in the 3D model. We candirectly link each activity of a gantt chart (generated in the project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft project) to the BIM.
These animated models represent the planned construction sequence set against time. The main purpose of a construction phasing simulation is to provide a tool that will help the construction team to visualize logistical issues and inefficiencies.

6D FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Using 6D BIM, the traditional methods of documentation, maintenance, control can be changed for FM. We use energy modeling to predict sources of potential energy loss or savings in aproposed building design which ensure adequacy of daylight and energy usage.
POINT CLOUD TO BIM
Scan to BIM is the method to retrieve the building data in Revit, enabling to create and validate a model with automated recognition and placement of architectural elements such as walls and columns, as well as MEP elements such as pipes, ducts, conduits and more.
